Resoling & Repair Services Return to the US
Quality shoe repair has been a part of LOWA since the beginning, but shipping products between the US and Germany has been a lengthy process.
After a long pause, we’re excited to announce that repairs in the US are available again for our customers on this side of the pond.
Meet Daub’s Cobbler Shop
LOWA is excited to partner with Daub’s Cobbler Shop in Laconia, New Hampshire.
This small, highly trusted family-owned business known for its craftsmanship and fair pricing throughout the Northeast. Now, à la carte service from Daub’s is available for LOWA customers nationwide.
The team at Daub’s has been trained at our factory in Jetzendorf, Germany to ensure that every stitch meets the same high standards as our original repair services.
The New Repair Process
Going forward, the team at Daub’s Cobbler Shop will oversee and perform all repairs for LOWA products in the US.
To get your repairs, start by filling out a repair ticket here.
Services from Daubs are à la carte, so be sure to specify in your ticket if you need multiple fixes.
After submitting your ticket, you’ll need to get your boots to Daub’s shop in New Hampshire. If you live in the area, you can drop your LOWAs off in-store or at any Bootlegger’s shoe store.
If you do ship your LOWAs to Daub’s, please use FedEx, USPS, or UPS. Be sure to include contact information like your name, phone number, email, and address inside the package with the item.
Once your LOWAs arrive at Daub’s, their staff will call the number you included with an estimate and arrange payment. All payment, inquiries, and other issues will go through Daub’s Cobbler Shop rather than LOWA Boots. Once repairs are complete Daub’s will contact you about shipment or pickup.
